
Lisa Nagle
Lisa grew up in the mountains of Golden, Colorado. She became a Christian in 1985 at a wilderness camp in the Rocky Mountains.
She has been working in Christian ministry for 35 years. She speaks at women’s conferences and retreats globally, and has served with ministries including Alpha, China Outreach Ministries, and the leadership team of the Global 4/14 Movement, a global Christian youth ministry. In 1996, she launched Pacific Link International Educational Services (PLIES), a Christian ministry that placed Chinese students in U.S. Christian high schools and organized summer and winter camps that focused on developing Christ-like character.
Lisa is currently the Director of Impact Partnerships at LeaderSource, an international leader development ministry. She previously served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for six years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of LeaderSource. She also serves on the boards of LeaderStream, Thornston Educational Fund, and Global Unites. Currently Lisa leads Trailhead Fellowship, which organizes wilderness trips for Chinese leaders and disciples in the mountains for spiritual renewal retreats. In the past four years she has led Trailhead Fellowship retreats in California, Colorado, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and abroad.
Lisa lives in South Bend, Indiana. She has two grown daughters one of whom lives in Scotland and the other in Pittsburgh. Her late husband, John Nagle, passed away unexpectedly in May of 2019.
Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Asian Studies and International Business from Seton Hall University, an Executive Management Certificate from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colorado State University.
